I'm a licensed esthetician, business owner, educator, podcast host, and coach—but my business experience began long before I entered the beauty industry.

With over two decades of business ownership, I've owned businesses in multiple industries and built professional experience in human resources, contracts, event and association management, and business operations.

When I entered the beauty industry, something became very clear:

Learning how to perform a service and learning how to run a successful business are two completely different educations.

Beauty professionals are incredibly talented at what they do. But too many are expected to figure out pricing, marketing, policies, client retention, financial planning, contracts, hiring, systems, compliance, growth, and everything else through trial and error.

Lex Glo Academy exists to help close that gap.
